The President of the European Commission has called a central and east-European countries' summit on the migrant crisis for Sunday. Romania will be represented at this meeting by President Klaus Iohannis. Jean Claude Juncker summoned the leaders of ten EU states to find a solution to the problem caused by tens of thousands of westbound refugees currently stuck in the Balkans. The UN High Commissioner for Refugees will also attend this summit.
