One of the most controversial decisions in the ICA file was the seizure of the tower block building. Experts have come up with dozens of arguments dismantling the court’s decision: the seizing of the Tower building can incur property damages for the owner and it affects the interests of creditors and shareholders who were not part of the case file. Parties affected by the decision are as follows:
· ICA SA with patrimony shares in Bioprod SA
· Bioprod SA with the right to use the land taken over as patrimony rights from ICA SA
· Grivco SA with the property over the building
· Grivco SA stakeholders
· Creditors for whom the Tower building represents a guarantee
