EUROVISION 2013 is already causing excitement in Romania. Because the last year’s result wasn’t exactly a good one, Caesar Ouatu,  the Romanian representative in Eurovision 2013, must first pass over  the semifinals.

Last night on the red carpet, Caesar Oatu told the journalists from  Eurosong.be that although extremely nervous, he already felt he was the  winner.

“I cannot believe I am here. I am and I will be a Peter Pan. I have just received an invitation to come to the Eurovision, and here I am already. I already feel I am   the winner”, Cezar Ouatu stated  after having made some vocalizations.
