Mihai Gâdea launched in the Tuesday edition of the "Daily Summary" show, several questions targeting the future of Romania, as it was sketched following this month’s presidential elections.
One of the questions refers to "What kind of president will Klaus Iohannis be?", the winner of the November 16 elections.
Invited on the show, political analyst Bogdan Chirieac stated that he would like to see a cohabitation of Klaus Iohannis with the Ponta Governement, even if such an option would not be possible.
"Ponta has proved he is a good Prime Minister. I do not thing he will be able to, though", Chirieac said.
On the other hand, Răzvan Savaliuc, senior editor of luju.ro, expressed his belief that president Klaus Iohannis will play " at least for a while " the games of Traian Băsescu.
"He will be a president dependent of the security-mob like system Traian Băsescu created. This system that has made Iohannis president", stated Mugur Ciuvică, also invited on the program.
The next question launched by the "Daily Summary” program refers to "How will the work team of President Klaus Johannis look like?", given that he was supported by the former PDL in the campaign, led by Vasile Blaga.
In this respect, Mihai Gadea presented some photos from the election night from ACL headquarters in Modrogan street, which show Lucian Duta, Sorin Blejnar, Adriana Săftoiu and many other characters from the former team of Traian Basescu
"I am hoping Mr. Iohannis will choose technocrats", Bogdan Chirieac said.
"Regardless whether we are together with Klaus Iohannis or not, we have a benchmark: how he managed the Sibiu city hall with technocrats with competent people and with very good results from the beginning until today," Liberal Petre Roman said.
Another question concerns the future of Prime Minister Victor Ponta, who either will complete his mandate by 2016, or he will be dismissed by Parliament vote in 2015.
"He will be a tormented Prime Minister with Iohannis President, if he listens to those who assume the merit of having put him there. He will probably be dismissed by the Parliament," Razvan Savaliuc said.
"If he is not taken down by the people in his own party, not the PNL, Victor Ponta will be Prime Minister until 2016", Dana Grecu said, also invited on the program.
"If his own promises do not suffocate him by then, he could still be prime minister. But I am afraid they will choke him up by then," was the reply of Petre Roman.
