Mihai Gadea presented Wednesday evening on the "Daily Summary", an article in the new Penal Code which provides for tougher penalties for those who disclose classified information.
Art. 303 – Disclosing classified information
(1) Disclosure without right of state secret information by one who knows them because of their work duties, if this goes against the interests of one of the legal person referred to in art. 176, he shall be punished with imprisonment from 2-7 years and deprivation of certain rights.
(2) The unrightfully possession outside official duties, of a document contain state secrets that an affect the activity of one of the legal entities referred to in art. 176, shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to two years or a fine.
