Klaus Iohannis wins the law suit against ANI. Final verdict: The president was not in an incompatible situation

Magistrates dismissed the appeal of  ANI in the case where the president is accused of incompatibility. President Klaus Iohannis was not incompatible, ICCJ decided. The decision is final. The incompatibility lawsuit  of President Kalus Iohannis has  ended.

The Supreme Court ruled in the case in which the president was accused of  incompatibility. Klaus Johannis challenged the Agency's report which claimed that he  was in  incompatibility while representing the  Sibiu Municipality in the General Shareholders Meetings of the companies Water Canal and Markets.

The appeal was made by  ANI after, in September 2013, the Alba-Iulia Court of Appeal allowed the  contestation filed by  Iohannis and ordered the  cancellation of the incompatibility decision.
