Corina Vinţan known as former Prime Minister Mihai-Razvan Ungureanu’s close acquaintance has cashed nearly half a million euros from a contract that her company closed with Oltchim. The reveal was made on the Monday night edition of Daily summary show on Antena 3.
Vinţan owns a public relations and communications company, Links Associates, which, according to documents obtained by Antena 3, provided media and PR consultancy to the aforementioned company.
The documents show that from March to December 2011, Vintan’s company has received 421,600 euros, starting with 10,000 euros each month, then the amount increased.
For the aforementioned amount, Corina Vinţan’s company undertook to write press releases for Oltchim, organize press conference and publicity materials, interviews, etc.
In the period 2005-2007, Vinţan was communication director and Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed at that time by Mihai-Razvan Ungureanu (MRU).
Vintan is also the one who led the elections campaign for President Traian Basescu's daughter, Elena Basescu .
