Professor Dan Voiculescu asks the court to justify the decision that maintains Basescu’s certification of not having collaborated with the political police.
Dan Voiculescu challenged the certificate obtained by Basescu, that of non-collaboration with the communist intelligence service and the court dismissed his appeal.
The reasoning had to be published, according to the law, within 30 days , but there have been more than 5 months.
"Since December 10, 2014 I have been waiting for the court’s ruling motivation whereby they dismissed my application for cancellation of the CNSAS 2013 certificate on Traian Basescu's cooperation with the political police. While constantly acknowledging that he did collaborate with the Securitate," giving a truckload of notes "(so NOT !! commercial note, to the Director of foreign trade), despite unequivocal evidence and testimony, CNSAS has continued to try to launder Basescu's past, " Dan Voiculescu writes on his personal blog.
