Update 00.15 – Sergiu Lucinschi, son of former President of the Republic of Moldova, was arrested Monday night for 24 hours by DNA prosecutors on charges of corruption.
After a brief hearing, of only one hour and a half, Sergiu Lucinshi will spend the night in custody and will be presented Tuesday before the court.
This same evening, investigators searched his home in the Ilfov county.
Update 23.08 – Businessman Sergiu Lucinshi suspected of corruption, was brought Monday night at the headquarters of DNA to be heard, Mediafax reports.
Lucinshi made no statement at the DNA entrance.
Investigators brought him in after they searched his home on Voluntari, Ilfov county.
