A huge 300-meter tricolor flag joined Romania with Moldova at the bridge over the Prut of Sculeni, in memory of the 90 bridges of flowers and as a preview of a human bridge which will be formed on July 11 and to which the participation of all citizens on both sides of the river, is expected, MEDIAFAX reports.
ProUnion organizations have deployed the huge flag in the memory of the 90s Flower Bridges and urged lifting the ban on Unionist Action Platform President 2 from 012 George Simon, a press release from the organization said.

After the action in Sculeni, participants from Chisinau went to Iasi, where they danced in Union Square, around the statue of Alexandru Ioan Cuza, the initiative belonging to National Unity Bloc (BUN).
Sunday, BUN forming organizations will join the protest rally of the National Square. The next scale demonstration will be held at the Grand National Assembly Sunday, July 5, in the center of Chisinau, all citizens of Transnitria are expected to attend, shows the release quoted.


The movement "Acţiunea 2012" leader, George Simion, was expelled in the mid of May, from Moldova, being banned from entering the country for the next five years.
Simion, a Romanian national, was arrested by agents of the Moldovan Security and Information Service, and soon was expelled from Moldova, being banned from this country.

Moldovan Interior Ministry explained that Simon was expelled from the Republic of Moldova under a law that allows such a decision "as a precautionary measure" against a person that could jeopardize national security.


The unionist platform Acţiunea 2012 is a coalition of non-governmental associations and civic groups who support unification of Moldova with Romania.
