The abusive seizure of Camelia Bogdan was canceled. It is the second time this year when a court finds that the judge’s ruling in the "Voiculescu" batch was biased.
Judge Camelia Bogdan was successfully challenged by the defense attorneys of Ovidiu Tender, in the case file RAFO-Carom".
The court will now have to take steps to lift the seizures that Camelia Bogdan and Daniel Dontete have set since the first hearing of the appeal in the "RAFO-Carom" case.
"We consulted several prestigious lawyers today people with impressive careers who said that what happened today is historic. The seizure improperly instated by judge Camelia Bogdan and canceled by a panel judges of the Court of Appeal is cause for revision of the Telepathy case file, " Mihai Gadea said, on Wednesday night during the Daily Summary".
