Former DNA expert - Territorial Service Targu Mures, Dumitru Gheorghiu revealed in the Tuesday's edition of the "Daily Summary" show that the DNA expert who drafted the damages report in the Telepathy file was not wrong in her calculation, but she "was forced to err ", at the request of the prosecutor instrumenting the case.
"I was on a delegation and I stopped by her office to see her. She was crying and working on the report. She told me that the prosecutor had yelled at her and that she had to hand in the report by morning. I asked Aurelia if I could help her with anything, but I did not know the case ", the former DNA expert initially said in a message sent to and read by Mihai Gadea on the Daily Summary.
Contacted by telephone, the former DNA expert confirmed the statements made in the above message, but refused to disclose the full name of DNA specialist concerned.
"The DNA experts are putting in a lot of work in that institution. You should go in winter and see what lights are on at the DNA, and you'll see that at the first floor, where the experts are, the lights are always on " Dumitru Gheorghiu said.
The former DNA expert also said on the Daily Summary that the DNA expert who worked on that report was an expert assessor while the "assessment was made from a financial accounting perspective , which is completely wrong."
