The Prosecutor General prosecutors have foreclosed 147 ownership titles from Nana. Ioana Basescu’s land is among them. The daughter of former President challenged the measure but was rejected today. The information was presented Thursday by Razvan Dumitrescu, during the "Subjective" show.
"Dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner Ioana Basescu against the order nr.236 / P / 2014 issued by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice on February 16,2015 in the case no.236 / P / 2014 . The court orders the contester to pay legal expenses amounting to 300 lei to the state. The solution is “final” the court ruled.
Overall, there would be about 80% of the land area of the Nana village.
"I did not know, there is no communication between us and the courts. We did our job to a point, I handed all documents to the Prosecution Office. Everything started from the recovery of ownership titles. It is a real problem," said Sen. Mihai Fifor, who headed the parliamentary committee of inquiry into the Nana real estate possession .
