BBC announces that Romania entered the Guinness Book of Records, with a gigantic flag. 200 people have unfurled on the Aerodrome of Clinceni the Guinness World Records flag , the largest ever made, the British channel published on its online page.
The Guardian newspaper announced that the record was confirmed by the GUINESS WORLD RECORDS officials. The largest flag in the world covering a field in Romania, the Independent headlines the article and the photo of the flag, taken from above.
Overseas, in the United States, Washington Post also talks about the world record set at the Aerodrome at Clinceni.
The news featured also on the websites of ABC News and Fox News TV channels. New Jersey Herald, Global Post, Seattle Times and Boston Herald have also written about the Romanian flag of Guinness World Records.
In Canada, the Vancouver Sun said that Romania has made the largest flag and entered the Guinness World Records. The news of the giant flag was passed in Australia, by the Telegraph and the Herald Sun.
