The manager of the Ploieşti County Hospital was caught red-handed in downtown Bucharest while pocketing his bribe: an envelope containing no less than 30 thousand lei!
This generous "donation" was made by a local businessman whose company stands to receive a hefty paycheck from the hospital for the works done there. The hospital manager has been charged with bribe-taking and arrested.
