Corina and Camelia Voiculescu filed Thursday morning two appeals against enforcement in the ICA case file with the Bucharest Court.

The Intact Group challenged in court the confiscation proceedings decided in the Telepathy case file. Lawyer Maria Vasile explained that Antena 3 had nothing to do with the buildings and the land involved in this case.

Corina and Camelia Voiculescu will find out on the 25th and the 29th of August the judges’ decision on the appeals that have been submitted. The two attacked the enforcement ordered by a final decision in the Telepathy case after the prosecutors rendered unavailable the Antena 3 offices in Bucharest-Ploiesti 25-27.

Until the appeals are considered, no other step can be taken in the case of the building where Antena 3 is located and under no circumstances can the TV station be shut down.

The magistrates have decided that our TV news station and the land on which the building is situated should be seized, although the headquarters of Antena 3 bear no relation with the ICA case file.

Furthermore, the head of DNA has exerted pressure and has already announced that DNA will closely monitor the forfeiture of Antena 3 headquarters. If this does not happen in time, criminal cases will be open, Laura Codruţa Kovesi threatened.

The penalties imposed against Antena 3 come in shortly after our post published a series of videos with President Traian Basescu’s brother who promised his family he would intervene in favor of Bercea Mondial and help him escape from the prison sentence.
