Mihai Gadea revealed on Monday evening during the "Daily summary" show on Antena 3 how the colossal amount of 700 million euros was divided between companies close to PDL, through contracts with the National Investment Company and the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism since September 2014.
The information presented then during the "Daily summary", is now confirmed by the statements given to the DNA prosecutors by Ana Maria Topoliceanu, who showed that Elena Udrea decided according to her mood which projects would receive funding.
However, Topoliceanu said that Udrea discretionary stopped projects already started.
