"I expected Traian Băsescu to pick for me a true executioner not a sneak-thief ", says prof. Dan Voiculescu, referring to prosecutor Emilian Eva, arrested yesterday by the DNA.
In a post on his blog, Professor Dan Voiculescu reveals that Eva tried to influence several witnesses in the case file, and even Professor Mencinicopschi.
Dan Voiculescu says that the abuse of prosecutor Emilian Eva in the Telepathy case file was not the first and will not be his last criminal action.

Prof. Mencinicopschi, prof. Gheorghe Sin and many other witnesses in the case file declared before the court that prosecutor Eva attempted to influence them (see the statement of witness Vereanu Valeriu, real estate assessor date September 28, 2011 (ICCJ case, vol. III, p. 89-90): „during the DNA investigation I was told «that they were seeking arguments against a defendant in this case». They even said my name, namely, Dan Voiculescu” )
Eva is the author of the famous and also hallucinating accusation – the only one of the kind that could be brought against me explicitly - of telepathic influencing other people in the case.
I foster increasingly larger hopes that the DNA will clean up, that the true corruption will be eliminated, the society will recover and we will get back to normal. "
Prosecutor Emilian Eva was arrested for bribe taking in the case file that he is charged of having sold more than 200 paintings. He was suspended from office by the Superior Council of Magistracy.
