Among them, the professor mentioned that he set the grounds of an NGO whose purpose is to reveal all the activities Traian Băsescu has been involved in after 1989.
"I’ve set up the first non-governmental organization whose purpose is to discover all the activities Traian Basescu has been involved in after 1989 and especially over the last 10 years as president of Romania. This NGO will work in the legal system of NGOs, it will be an investigations organization with legal methods, it will try to bring to the public all Traian Basescu’s activities after 1989, " Professor Voiculescu explained.
Also, professor Voiculescu explained he had advanced talks to draft a handbook which should comprise all the outrageous case in the Romanian case law to be presented to the Romanian students and at European level.
"I’ve had talks, very advanced, with renowned professors from criminal law to make a handbook. The handbook will be made solely from case studies. The most aberrant cases of the Romanian justice will be selected. I wish this manual to be taught to law students, to be translated into several languages, to be distributed in several countries. It is a small contribution to trying to avoid having such things happen in the future legal acts illegally made by the very ones who should serve justice.
