Dan Voiculescu is suing the magistrates who ruled the sentence in the "Telepathy“ case . Dan Voiculescu notified the Judicial Inspection on the performance of judges Camelia Bogdan and Mihai Mihalcea and " the serious irregularities recorded in the proceedings."
Dan Voiculescu wants to sue the two for abuse of power and unjust repression.
The Judicial Inspection should check the violation of legal provisions relating to incompatibilities regarding judges and to what extent the two judges have exercised their office in bad faith or gross negligence.
