Journalists from Enaţional.ro present exclusive documents showing that Dan Voiculescu has donated his estate legally to his daughter Camelia and Corina.
Dan Voiculescu's estate was transferred to his daughters in 2006, a year after the Prosecutor’s office decided not to prosecute him in the ICA privatization file. Dan Voiculescu’s affidavit whereby he donated the group of companies he owned to his daughter was exclusively published by Enaţional.
The president founder of the Conservative Party then took the decision to leave the business he had without any legal problem at the moment.
One cannot state that the money donate had been obtained from an offense in the ICA privatization file since the prosecutors themselves had first ruled not to prosecute the year before, Enaţional.ro. reports.
