A grave incident took place in the backyard of a hospital in Galaţi. A five year-old girl was bitten by a stray dog and needed emergency surgery.
The child's parents say that dozens of street dogs roam freely in the respective hospital's yard, where they are fed by the very medical staff.
However, the local ER lacks the rabies anti-serum and the girl had to be transferred to another hospital to receive emergency medical care.
