The first proofs to the fact that Dan Voiculescu has got no hidden fortune have come up. The Cyprus authorities replied to the request filed by the Court of Appeal after the sentence ruled in the Telepathy case file: there is no asset on the name of Dan Voiculescu in this country.
At the request of Judge Camelia Bogdan, the National Office for Crime Prevention and Cooperation for the Recovery of Debts arisen from criminal undertakings in the Ministry of Justice – the institution exchanging information with the corresponding offices worldwide - confirmed what I’ve been saying for years: "as for the property or other assets owned, the Cypriot authorities have not identified any of the individuals mentioned (nor Camelia Voiculescu, nor Corina Voiculescu nor Dan Voiculescu) as owners of movable or immovable property on the territory of Cyprus ".
