Farmers in need of access to an irrigation system will be helped by means of an Emergency Ordinance. That's because the Romanian Parliament has rejected the one billion euro project put forth by the Minister of Agriculture. "It was an absurd political dispute", Prime Minister Victor Ponta said about the MPs decision. The president of the Social Democrats, Liviu Dragnea too, chastised his party's MPs who failed to participate in the final voting.
