Two months ago, Romanian prosecutors questioned former President Ion Iliescu about the CIA secret prison allegedly built in Romania.
Iliescu had stated in April for the German daily Der Spiegel, that he agreed "in principle", in 2002 or 2003, with Washington's request to set up a CIA detention centre in Romania.
