A group of high school students from Constanţa showed up for a heavy drinking "test" and flunked it.
The following revolting footage was taken at a Freshmen' Party held in a high end local club. Under age students were filmed with whisky glasses in hand, getting seriously intoxicated.
Teachers claim they had nothing to do with this failed alcohol tolerance test. Parents are outraged, however, especially as the same thing happened one year ago as well.
