Romanians abroad will be able to vote closer to their place of residence, without queing anymore, the Standing Electoral Authority has announced. The Electoral Register will be expanded to include Romanians in the diaspora too. Following this enlargement, Romanians residing abroad can ask the Electoral Authority to allow them to vote in the new polling stations to be set up. Those choosing not to reveal the place where they want to exercise their right to vote, will be able to get enlisted, again, at Romania's diplomatic missions abroad
