The person they are talking about was an acquaintance of Alina Bica, investigator note.
Here is how Bica negotiated office positions for her friends:
Alina Bica: The man from the Human Resources asked her what she did, what she used to do, so and so and at a certain point he told her that he did have that position vacant and that she would be suited for it. But if you do not want her to be, then I do not mind.
Sorin Blejnar: No it’s ok, we are really taking her…
Alina Bica: For the office! The office! It is a very cozy place!
Sorin Blejnar: It is a cozy place. (...) She is head office of Contestations in Braşov.
Alina Bica: And here it is also a head office.
Sorin Blejnar: And she is head office in the office of 'taxpayer assistance center.
Alina Bica: Yes, baby! (...)
Sorin Blejnar: Listen, when I am retired from the system, I will kick her out and take that office myself!
Alina Bica: Why? Is it a very good position?
Sorin Blejnar: Taxpayers assistance head office? What are you saying?
Alina Bica: I have no idea what it means!
Sorin Blejnar: Very well, very well! It is a relaxed schedule, a program whereby you keep in touch with the taxpayers, you are guiding the people in the territory what it is about.
Alina Bica: It's a rubdown?
Sorin Blejnar: It's not a rubdown, it is a nice place.
