Delay for classes is estimated at 29% in Romania, compared to 52% the international average, unexcused absences - 30% versus 39% , the European average on cheating - 5% versus 13%, vandalism and theft - 2% compared to 4%, intimidation or verbal aggression among students - 9% versus 16%, physical injury caused by violence between students - 1% to 2%, intimidation or verbal aggression on teachers or staff - 0% versus 3%, and possession or use of drugs and alcohol - 0% versus 1% the international average.
