Businessman Ion Ţiriac jumps to the rescue of Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel Oprea, at a height of the scandal over the death of a traffic policeman. Ţiriac says there is way too much talk about Oprea's political fate and way too little about the responsibility of those who did not use proper signs to warn motorists on the huge hole in the middle of the road. According to the businessman, President Iohannis' involvement in this scandal is strange, moreover as in all civilised European states Interior Ministers travel by motorcade with police escort.
