Romania has turned, overnight, into a small Siberia. The outside temperature dropped to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit at Întorsura Buzăului. Yesterday was the coldest day of the year and the coldest January 20th we had in 50 years. And temperatures will stay that low in the days to come! Romania remains under code yellow alert for frost until next week.
