"Not a chance, I do not believe it will even get there” Iohannis stated in a press conference held Monday.
He mentioned it was his personal opinion and not the official position of the party he belongs to.
"In my opinion, strictly personal, the chances are high that we should not have a referendum on the Constitution. This project would be attributed to the USL. If the USL gets into a deadlock or breaks up who would support such a project?", Klaus Iohannis said.
