The head of Romania's anti-corruption prosecutors is waging a battle against this country's MPs and ministers. "It's not normal for them to enjoy lifetime immunity from prosecution," Laura Codruţa Kovesi said. She also complained that very many dignitaries were still in possession of assets bought with bribe-money because the Romanian Parliament prevented prosecutors from taking action against them.
