Romanians seem interested in moving to houses with a yard again. As a consequence, plots of land are in higher demand and landowners are asking much more money for them, in certain areas at least. People seeking to buy or build their own house were able to check the real-estate market, at the Real Estate Exhibition underway at the Parliamenent Palace these days.
