It becomes increasingly clear that the law suit between the head of DNA Laura Kovesi and the Antena 3 journalists Mihai Gadea, Radu Tudor, Bianca Nae, Mugur Ciuvica and Razvan Savaliuc from Lumeajustitiei.ro is a farce with a predictable ending - the execution of journalists, not in any way, but openly, so that all should know to no longer open their mouth against her, luju.ro reports.
Lumea Justiției recalls that during the appearance before the first instance, judge Crina Buricea, from Bucharest Court, has ordered the journalists mentioned to the payment of the exorbitant amount of 250.000 lei (nearly 60.000 euro) in moral damages for a few questions and natural comments uttered during a TV show which did not damage in any way the head of DNA. The proof, Laura Kovesi could not bring during proceedings any evidence to prove the said damages she had incurred. She came forth only with a Report of the SCM from 2014, for defending the reputation of Laura Kovesi, for the statements made during the show the Daily Summary from 19.06.2014, which was used by judge Crina Buricea as the “master evidence”. In this report they knitted together both the illicit deed and the damages, although, hear this out, in one of the appearances before the court of first instance, the head of DNA Laura Kovesi stated “I cannot prove the damages!”
