Hungarian extremism has been one of the main topics of debate over the last few days and has been also one of the topics addressed in the "Meeting Point" show by Radu Tudor.

MEPs Renate Weber and Victor Bostinaru explained that deviations such as those that occurred on Hungarians Abroad Day can be dangerous, not only for Romania, but throughout

"Jobbik has got a fascist ideology, they are xenophobes, racists. I’ve received dozens of messages from Hungary, about the way that Jobbik acts, actions tolerated in Hungary, by the Orban government. I can only hope that our intelligence services have always kept their eyes on Jobbik people and any extremist coming from them", Renate Weber said.

"We need to watch carefully what is going to happen, how all international bodies will react to it. Certain sanctions are announced, let’s see to what extent the EU will take them. Kremlin people do not have accounts abroad, to feel endangered, but Russian oligarchs do. And I understand that there are huge withdrawals of capital from banks in the West. It is not easy, but it takes a certain firmness."

Victor Bostinaru raised the topic of the Jobbik structure and explained how such events could be dangerous.

"The presence of Jobbik in Romania occurs amid acceleration of a hardline nationalist message irredentist practiced by Viktor Orban. I will not hesitate to say that all that Jobbik stands for a Nazi type structure illustrating how the fascist drive seized power in a number of the countries in the 30s. They belong to the same genetic structure. For several years now, Jobbik, amid a silence reprehensible in Bucharest, set up a power base in Transylvania wanting to strengthen its position in the Parliament in Budapest. An estimated 100,000 Hungarian citizens with dual citizenship in Romania, will vote in elections in Hungary. "

"Europe needs to get out of reverie, to rethink its energy strategy and the U.S. and Europe must speak with one voice," Bostinaru concluded.

Also MEP Norica Nicolai and lawyer Lucian Bolcaş showed that there is a serious problem with the Romanian political class in this regard.

Norica Nicolai has shown that there is a sort of limitation in Romania. "The majority of the Romanian political class thinks that if we are members of NATO and the EU, that's enough. That's all. We do not need to make efforts for us. It is extremely risky, we cannot guide ourselves after such ideas."

Lawyer Lucian Bolcaş said that "you cannot make a great Romania with little people.

"They continue the ostrich policy, let’s not respond to challenges, let’s not inflame by our actions, but it comes a time when tolerance becomes weakness. There is great danger in promoting fascism in Romania. It is about the Outlaws Guard which is a continuation of the continuing Guard of the Ragged. They worked by a book stipulating that Romanians have to die, to be killed from the womb. People in Romania have forgotten about the word “dignity" and that's terrible.
