The publication lumeajustitiei.ro makes explosive revelations about the business deal Microsoft EADS". A business conducted by many parties, with damages amounting to over EUR 1 billion, started during the Adrian Nastase’s regime and continued successfully during Traian Basescu’s regime.

The information was presented and discussed on the Sunday's issue of the Meeting Point show by Radu Tudor on Antena 3.

The "Microsoft EADS” business deal is being investigated by DNA, but the case is delayed on quite un-transparent grounds .One of the case witnesses, Gabriel Marin, the owner of a large IT company in Romania, described an incredible mechanism. He told in detail about the bribe amounts that would have been given to former members of the Nastase Government, amounts that were paid through various offshore sites and intermediaries, including to SRI and SIE officers.

Besides the name of Adrian Nastase, the statement by the "threatened witness" features a series of ministers like Ioan Rus, Dan Nica, Marian Saniuta or Mihai Tanasescu. Also, the main pawn in the whole business is, as shown in the statement by the "threatened witness" Gabriel Marin, the famous Claudiu Florica, Director of Fujitsu Siemens Computers - Romania involved later in another fishy deals with PDL leaders. Also, another character who ordered the course of events, without whom nothing could have happened is, according to the same statement, the businessman Alexandru Bittner, a close associate of Prime Minister Adrian Nastase, completely protected during the 10 years of Basescu’s regime.

In 2003, Claudiu Florica with Khalil Abi Chanin – owner of Romanel, the exclusive importer of LG products and Nicolae Culacov - Omnitech have set off on the route to influence decision makers in the Romanian Government to award a contract on renting software licenses for the Romanian Government and the subordinated institutions, to the company FSC Austria.

In a meeting in Rome, Claudiu Florica agreed with Dan Nica that the Romanian Government should conclude an agreement with Microsoft worth 50-60 million, through FSC Austria, and to this effect a letter of intent for a strategic partnership was signed in Rome between the Romanian Government and the Microsoft Corporation, its object being represented by the collaboration between the two parties to conclude a framework licensing agreement of the Romanian Government for Microsoft products.
Claudiu Florica managed to set up a functional mechanism whereby amounts of 100-150 million could be obtained from the State without the tender procedures.
Besides the Romanian politicians and businessmen involved in the bribery network for the contracts signing, Lumea justitie strikes a huge media coup by publishing the names of foreign citizens and foreign companies involved in the bribery network in the "Microsoft EADS" case file.
Răzvan Savaliuc, senior editor at Lumeajustitiei explained that DNA should know very clearly the details of this case, despite its seemingly evasive attitude.
"Let's ask the people at DNA who should know this case file very well. For the people to understand this case, we are talking about a loss of one billion euros, IT licenses and security systems for border security in which the network was formed by several companies which won the tenders and the respective amounts would reach certain target under the form of bribes given to various Romanian politicians. Why in Romania we only have some anemic indictments for about three characters? "
Lawyer Pavel Abraham explained that there is a problem in the prosecutor's offices in Romania, which "no longer operate properly ".

Prosecution office no longer operate properly. The prosecution offices need protection from the outside. Have you seen the fashion mode, the prosecution office chiefs are called to foreign embassies and decorated. But how can that be? Under the circumstances where the law stipulates that you get decorated by the embassy when you have done a major service for that country. Well what do you do as a Romanian prosecutor in the service of another country?
