Millions of euros invested in Basescu's comfort at the Neptune villa. A million and a half euros was invested only for the summer seaside house, there where President Traian Basescu goes frequently.

Moreover, the state’s investment in protocol villas for the state officials amounts to 3 billion euros.

RA-APPS registered in 2013 revenues of over 68 million. At the same time, expenditure exceeded 82 million. Basically, the overall losses for the last year amounted to 14 million euros, double than in 2012.

Although revenues from the operation of buildings have increased considerably, the RA-APPS invested in the refurbishment of protocol villa 3 million euros plus operation expenses.

Most of the money was invested in the compound of 134 000 square meters in Neptune, which comprises 4 villas with annexes. Almost one and a half million euro were invested in in the villa where President Traian Basescu usually stays. The same complex registers utilities expenses amounting to 430 000 euro per year, to heat the building and the pool.

 The Bucharest Branch Administration also invested nearly 1 million, followed by the branch in Scroviştea. Almost 150 000 euros were invested in the villas from Sinaia, while the investments in Olăneşti were stopped after the government decided to transfer the ownership over the Olăneşti Palace and Hotel Maria to the SRI.

Last year RAAPPS sold 85 properties, plus another 14 in 2012, out of a total of 103 properties on sale. The value of the assets sold is 12 million. According to preliminary data for 2014, those from RAAPPS are optimistic and exclude the risk of insolvency
