There are many signs that things are not being carried out in an orthodox manner, in the sense of trial diligence, the Romanian Government spokesman, Mirel Palada said on the Monday's issue of the "Subjective" show, commenting the  hearings held at the Bucharest  Court of appeal in the  "Telepathy" case.

"We know very well that this tension between Traian Basescu and Dan Voiculescu has been as such for a long time and the manner in which Traian Basescu publicly insisted on  the trial  developments ," Mirel Palada said.

Invited on the same program, PSD Senator Ecaterina Andronescu said she was  surprised by the rush displayed by the panel of judges, who did not  accept all the evidence submitted  by the parties.

Present  in the studio, Claudiu Săftoiu stated that in his opinion, the court had enough data to make a decision, therefore the case  "file must be  closed sometimes".
