"The Operational package adopted today by the North Atlantic covers Romania and all the other countries of the Alliance. Such measures will strengthen the security of Romania in all three areas: air, sea and land," Oana Lungescu said.
The Alliance spokesperson explained that she could not go into "operational details" but "it is about NATO personnel, the increased presence of allied aircrafts and vessels, and promptly updated defense plans."
"At the same time, AWACS surveillance flights over Romania and Poland will be intensified", Oana Lungescu said.
