The old man with an amputated leg who was tormented by the Prahova County Commission on Disabilities is subject to further humiliation. He has petitioned the authorities for a prosthetic limb, but he has to wait three more years to get one. He has no elderly companion either, in spite of the fact that he can barely move by himself and his wife is also suffering from a debilitating illness. This old couple don't even have enough money for medicines or firewood. The following pictures can cause emotional distress.
