He argues that the briefing notes, now classified, were sent to the Presidency, and to the prosecution office.
Today, Ovidiu Ohanesian came again to DNA to bring several documents for the prosecutors. Ohanesian is the whistleblower in the case file in which he demands that all those involved in the hostage crisis and in the alienation of Hayssam's fortune be investigated. In addition, he asks Traian Basescu for 4 million euros in damages.
