Victor Ponta wrote on his Facebook account that " it is a good thing for democracy that people should have their say ".

According to the Prime Minister "it is fundamental that mass-media should be independent from any kind of pressures ".

"A democratic society cannot exist without freedom of the press!”, Victor ‎Ponta added while in Târgovişte.
