Antenna 1 is confident that the legal steps, in the case of Antenna 1 TV station general director, Sorin Alexandrescu, concerning the RCS-RDS file, will be run with maximum speed and will fully comply with the law, the procedural rights established by national and international legislation included.
Mr. Alexandrescu’s hearing generates, however, significant doubts about the legitimacy and objectivity of this approach, given that it took place at the initiative of a representative of the RCS-RDS company, with whom Antenna Group has already had a number of civil and commercial litigations. Specifically, there are currently 11 litigations in court between the Antenna Group and RCS & RDS, including requests for the insolvency of the cable distributor.
