The Romanians from Italy and Spain, attending the Summer University from Izvoru Mures (Harghita) say they are ready to ask President Klaus Iohannis for the Parliament dissolution, if they do not approve postal voting and electronic voting.
"I understand that there will be a special session shortly. If this time they do not pass the postal voting and electronic voting bill , it is no longer possible. Therefore, I am prepared to ask the President of Romania for the dissolution of the Parliament, which was not able to create a law for Romanians in diaspora, while (lawmakers ) were able to and had time to make laws to increase their salaries and pensions, "said Daniel Ţecu , president of the Federation of Romanian Associations in Europe (FADERE) quoted by Mediafax.

The President of FADERE argued that for the elections to be held in 2016 the number of Romanians who will turnout will be lower than in the presidential elections last year.
In his turn, Eugen Terteleac, president of the Association of Romanians in Italy, believes that in the elections next year many Romanians in Diaspora will vote because the possibility of setting up of polling stations was extended.

"Diaspora is strained by the parties in Romania, who come over here and divide Romanian communities. Politicians and political parties in Romania have interest in diaspora only when elections are approaching. They visit us , they ask for our votes, then they go back and forget about our problems . It is true that after they get in power, in order to be able to use the money from the Department for Romanians Everywhere or other institutions, they create their associations for the periods in which they govern, so they can use the money. They have no interest in financing the associations that have been there for years, which implement serious and healthy projects, but have an interest to create associations through which to suck money from the institution they manage, the president of FADER, Daniel Ţecu, said.
Eugen Terteleac said that the situation is the same in Italy, where the Romanian political class is the "most heavily involved in the division of Romanian communities" instead of protecting the interests of Romanians and "fight" for their rights.
"Diaspora MPs are traitors. They blaspheme other associations, saying that others are criminals, and so that they are from the political police and so on, they tell the same story at every association and they make separate groups. At the same time, they try to get them involved in politics in particular before elections are held. They never discusses a powerful political project, freestanding. They automatically become political, political struggles begin between associations, which is not normal, because these associations were born as cultural associations, dealing with traditions and customs preservation, not to do politics in Italy. The Romanian community in Italy has to suffer from it, which is very badly perceived by the Italian state authorities because of these divisive issues, "said president of the Association of Romanians in Italy.
