Adrian Ursu, Antena 3 producer, says there is not much hope in this case, and he relies on ECHR.
"I do not think we could have very high hopes for a fair trial in this case, that throughout this case it was proved that it should have headed to a particular outcome, the one existing, that of 12 people being sentenced to a huge punishment, some doubled compared to the first instance, " Adrian Ursu, said producer of the show Sequential on Antena 3.
I think the ECHR will do what needs to be done in this case, "added Ursu.

Initial news 09.25
The Supreme Court could decide today if allowed, in principle, an appeal in cassation by Dan Voiculescu on the judgment ruled in the Telepathy case file.
Among the cases in which an appeal in cassation may be filed includes the fact that the judgment rendered by another panel of judges than the one who took part in the first hearing debate.
An appeal in cassation was lodged on the same day when the magistrates of the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal for annulment of the Dan Voiculescu’s penalty.
The judges verdict was taken by a divergence panel of justice after the initial panel had failed to reach a consensus.
