The headquarters of Antena 3 cannot be confiscated. Intact Group appealed in court the confiscation measure ordered in the Telepathy case file. Antenna 3 has got no bearing on this case, Maria Vasile said and the forfeiture is abusive.
"It's made unavailable, we have already submitted the objection to the enforcement. This is already filed with the Bucharest Court. Pending the appeal of the objection to enforcement, we consider that no another approach can still be taken," lawyer Maria Vasile said.
"We appreciate that this has got no legal grounds," the lawyer said about the complaint filed against the forfeiture of the Antena 3 headquarters.
Asked whether the Antena 3 offices would be closed, lawyer Maria Vasile said: "They will not be closed. Preservation by registering the forfeiture is a simple registration in the real estate registry which prohibits the transmission of the real rights over this property. Under no circumstances could it be about such a situation. "
The lawyer also has said that, until now, DNA has not announced the defense about any other step in relation to the execution of the civil part of the Court of Appeal judgment in the ICA file, the first of its kind.
