The Food Research Institute’s privatization case file  has been the subject of many economic  errors committed which have affected  the trial, because the panel of judges have been misled by the situation the Prosecution displayed, whose analysis has not been valuated correctly in the expertise conducted.  A long list of errors that show clearly that the court ignored the economic principles taking  into account other laws and wrongly judging  the facts.
