Romania is champion of Europe in terms of the multitude of news so that our country is among the few states counting 5-6 news channels, the President of Commercial Televisions in Europe, Ross Biggam said Thursday on Antenna 3.
"Romania is champion of Europe in terms of news, there are few countries where we have 5-6 news channels, as you do, and this shows that there is an appetite for news, and it's a good start," the director of the Association of Commercial Televisions in Europe, Ross Biggam said Thursday on the Daily Summary show on Antenna 3.
Regarding the politicians’ desire to have a say in media, Ross Biggam said that in order to fight this it is necessary to have a strong association of journalists.
