Two local leaders of the People's Movement Party, close to Elena Udrea, made a 10 million deal by purchasing litigious rights in transactions with many question marks. The revelations were made Sunday during the Sequential show with Adrian Ursu.
Important people from Elena Udrea’s party won an impressive wealth by doing business with the state. Two of them earned, during 2010 - 2011, ten million.
Aurel Niculae, PMP deputy from Calarasi, who appeared together with Elena Udrea, during their visit to the village of Nana made a fortune in three months. The transaction is carried out by a company in Cyprus, which apparently makes a very poor business by selling with far less than it had paid for the purchase of a case file , because it was not the inheritance rights holder.
The same PMP deputy, Aurel Niculae, who led Plafar between 2005 and 2008, back then a public company registering a profit of 1.5 million euros, managed to bury the company in debts amounting to 5 million and put in into insolvency in just a few months.
Another real estate broker, a close friend of Elena Udrea, Daniel Dragomir received nearly nine million from the state after purchasing the litigious rights of a case file with just 300,000 euros. On the very day the transaction took place, the land assessment report was drafted. Two weeks later, ANRP approved the restitution and the money went into the PMP member account.
In order for all the transactions to run according to plan, the Popular Movement Party members had also the help of people within the Administration and Restitution Authority. The PMP leader from Arges, Daniel Dragomir, who received compensation for a land in Arges benefited from the mayor’s support.
Elena Udrea’s entourage have also found support with the National Restitutions Authority.
